No more pencils, no more books, no more teacher's dirty looks... And what's left for me? STAGE TWO: write a proposal STAGE THREE: research STAGE FOUR: write a much longer proposal STAGE FIVE: write a dissertation STAGE SIX: defend it STAGE SEVEN: get a Ph.D. So, ok. Plenty of work left.
